BUSINESS MEETINGS

2012

The Association will hold its annual business meeting on Saturday, March 3, 2012, at the Houston Yacht Club, 3620 Miramar Drive, Shoreacres, Texas.

Members will take action on the following: (1) Election of three members of the Board of Directors to serve one-year terms; (2) Amendment of the Bylaws; (3) Any other business that may be lawfully considered at the meeting. Each member has one vote at the annual business meeting. Members may not vote by proxy.

Lunch will be available. Each member is responsible for the cost of his meal, travel expenses, and any overnight accomodations.

VEXILLOLOGICAL CONFERENCES

The Association was the local host and organizer of the 42nd Annual Convention of the North American Vexillological Association this year. The first vexillological conference in Texas sponsored by the Association, NAVA 42 was held from 10-12 October 2008 in Austin, Texas. For more information, visit the NAVA 42/VAST 1 page.
