1. Call to order Liston called the meeting to order at 3:41 p.m.
2. Adoption of flag and seal Moved by Spain, seconded by Pinette, "That the flag designed by Pinette, with a ratio of 2:3, be adopted as the Association's flag and that the seal designed by Petr Exner, modified by changing the exterior square to a circle, adding the words "VEXILLOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION OF THE STATE OF TEXAS" around the exterior circle, and changing the colors to a gold star on a blue background so that the seal recognizes the design of the first national flag of the Republic of Texas, be adopted as the Association's seal." Passed.
3. Adjourn Moved by Spain, seconded by Pinette, "That the meeting be adjourned." Passed. Liston adjourned the meeting at 3:42 p.m.
